Returns Policy

Eclectic has a 14-day Return Policy for our UK customers and a 30-day Return Policy for our International customers.

The Return Policy guidelines of 14 or 30 days to return your purchase begins from the day after you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be in the same condition that it was sent to you in with the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or order confirmation number.

Initially please contact us at sales@eclecticstars.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Purchases sent back without contacting us to request a return will not be accepted. You are welcome to contact us with any questions regarding our Return Policies at sales@eclecticstars.com

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect product so that we can evaluate the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory conclusion.

Exceptions/Non Returnable Products

Sale products & Gift Cards cannot be returned & are an exception to our Return Policy.

Exchanges 

We are happy to consider an exchange if you would prefer this to a refund. Please contact us at sales@eclecticstars.com to discuss this option.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product and will let you know if your refund is approved. If your refund is agreed, approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. We would ask that you wait 7 working days before you contact us regarding delayed payment of a refund.
