Q. What does Eclectic sell?
A. We sell all kinds of Pop Culture products including Funko POP’s, Action Figures, Statues, Comics, Collectable Trading Cards, Photographs & much more! Our specialty is our range of autographed & signed products.
Q. Can I trust a signed product from Eclectic to be genuine?
A. Yes! Only products we personally witness being signed have our own Eclectic LOA (Label of Authenticity) attached. Our LOA’s are tamper-proof so any product that has one can be 100% trusted! Please check out our dedicated Authenticity page for more information.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY
Q. How do you pack your products for delivery to prevent damage?
A. There is nothing worse than receiving a damaged product! We pack all purchases with plenty of protection in either strong hardback envelopes (for comics, cards & photos) or double walled boxes with bubble wrap & air pockets (for all our other products).
Q. When will my purchase be dispatched?
A. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
Q. What delivery options do you offer?
A. We send all our products via Signed/Tracked service. Prices are as follows;
Letter (Signed For) up to 100g - £1.99 Large Letter (Signed For) up to 750g - £2.49
Small Parcel (Tracked) up to 1kg - £3.99 Medium Parcel (Tracked) up to 5kg - £6.99

Q. Do you include custom charges in your postal rates?
A. We don’t include custom charges for our International customers in their quoted postal rate. We would encourage all our International customers to check their country’s custom rates before purchasing.
Q. Do you combine postage costs for multiple purchases?
A. We combine postage costs as much as possible for our customers who are buying multiple products. Please contact us so we can discuss the options with you!
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q. Help! I have been sent the wrong product or my purchase has arrived damaged!
A. Please contact us ASAP if you have received the incorrect product or your product has been damaged. We will always work with you to sort any issues to your satisfaction. You can find our contact information on our Contact Us page.
Q. I have changed my mind about my purchase. Can I return it?
A. In the first instance, please contact us through our Contact Us page to let us know you would like to return a product. You have 14 days to return your purchase for a no quibble refund or exchange providing the returned product is in the same condition that it was sent in & in the original packaging. Our International customers have 30 days to return a product to us. You will be responsible for return postal costs in the instance of changing your mind regarding a purchase.

Q. I am looking to sell a collection. Do you purchase products too?
A. We are always happy to be contacted if you are looking to sell collectable pieces we might be interested in. We can also assist in valuing collections & advising customers on where to sell their pieces.
